At Ráfot, you book a private session so the space is yours alone. A Finnish sauna session is guided, helping you experience the full benefits of steam and warmth. Complementing the heat are spa treatments such as hot stone massage, facial or hair spa treatments, all carried out by the fireplace, using natural Finnish cosmetics.

The experience is always private and can be tailored for individuals or groups of up to six, with the option to add spa treatments to complement your sauna session. Each treatment is performed in the same lounge space, near the fireplace, so you remain in the relaxing ambiance between heat sessions.
