Santa Claus Holiday Village sits directly on the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi, within Santa Claus Village, giving guests immediate on-foot access to the village's restaurants, shops, activities, and the official crossing of the Arctic Circle. The resort's 171 apartments are spread across cottage and suite buildings, all with private saunas, free parking, and electric car charging. The Classic and Superior Cottages are traditional Lapland-style duplex buildings with private saunas, terraces, and kitchenettes, available in several layouts for couples, families, and small groups. The newer Superior Plus Cottages offer a more modern semi-detached studio format, while the Glass Igloo Cottages feature a separate glass-roofed bedroom for viewing the northern lights directly from bed.
