Arctic Land Adventure in Kilpisjärvi offers three distinct stays with the Vasara family, whose Sámi reindeer herding traditions span twelve generations: private glass igloos and Villa Vasara on the family's reindeer ranch by Lake Peerajärvi, and self-catering log chalets in the village at the foot of Saana fell, each with sauna facilities and comfort-focused amenities for peaceful stays in Arctic nature.

Arctic Land Adventure is built around the Vasara family's reindeer ranch on the shore of Lake Peerajärvi. The Glass Igloos are set directly on the ranch, each with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV with Netflix, all beneath a panoramic glass roof suited to viewing the northern lights in winter or the midnight sun in summer. Winter stays include breakfast and dinner, while summer stays include breakfast. A traditional sauna and outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake can be booked separately.

Also located at the ranch, Villa Vasara is a private four-bedroom property sleeping up to eight guests, with two upstairs bedrooms featuring king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, and two downstairs bedrooms with twin beds. The living area rises to 4.8 metres with floor-to-ceiling windows over the lake and surrounding fells, and the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and a private sauna with a bathtub and two showers. Breakfast and dinner are included, along with bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi. Villa Vasara can be booked on its own or together with the Glass Igloos for groups of up to sixteen, and is available exclusively through direct booking with Arctic Land Adventure.

In Kilpisjärvi village, at the foot of Saana fell, six log chalets offer self-catering accommodation within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. Each chalet sleeps up to eight guests across two ground-floor bedrooms and an open loft, and includes a private sauna, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a washing machine and drying cabinet. Three chalets are pet-friendly. Guests can also make use of seasonal outdoor equipment available at the ranch, including snowshoes, ice fishing gear, and summer options such as SUP boards, canoes, and rowing boats, making Arctic Land Adventure a flexible base for exploring Kilpisjärvi in any season.
