Varanger Brygge Bugøynes

Varanger Brygge Bugøynes

Varanger Brygge Bugøynes offers a collection of renovated self-catering houses in the small coastal village of Bugøynes, in Finnmark. Each property sleeps up to six guests and combines modern comfort with the character of the original buildings.

Bugøynes is a small fishing village on the Varanger Peninsula in northern Norway, known for its remote coastal setting and traditional character. Varanger Brygge manages three renovated properties in the village centre, Dagrunhuset, Bedehuset, and Olgahuset, each sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms. Olgahuset also includes a separate basement apartment with two bedrooms and four beds, giving the option to rent the full house for up to ten guests. All properties are fully equipped with open-plan kitchens and living areas, private bathrooms, and bed linen, towels, parking, and Wi-Fi are included.

Each house has been carefully renovated while keeping something of its original history. Dagrunhuset is a mid-1950s family home with a cosy TV lounge and library nook in the attic. Bedehuset served as the village assembly centre from the early 1950s until 1989 and now offers a fully modern interior behind its original exterior. Olgahuset is a spacious two-storey house with a wood-burning stove and large kitchen on the main floor. The properties are self-catering, placing guests close to the village and the open landscapes of the Varanger Peninsula.
