Full Winter in Levi

Levi is one of Finland's most complete winter destinations, and this seven-night itinerary makes good use of it. The first five nights are spent at Design Hotel Levi, a well-located base with access to Water World and two dedicated ski days on the slopes. The final two nights move to Olo Resort, a quiet glass igloo property in the forest just outside the village, where the pace slows and the northern sky takes over. In between, a private northern lights hunt, a reindeer farm visit, a husky safari, ice karting, snowshoeing, and a combined snowmobile and ice fishing day fill the week with variety. Reindeer, Water, and a Special Table

The morning takes you to a local reindeer farm for a group visit hosted by a local family. You'll feed the reindeer, take a gentle sleigh ride, and warm up with hot drinks and cookies before heading back. The afternoon is free to spend at Water World, the hotel's indoor and outdoor water park with pools, slides, jacuzzis, saunas, and outdoor pools for all ages. In the evening, a five-course dinner at Kekäle Restaurant offers a more refined close to the day.

Into the Forest

The morning starts with a private snowshoeing excursion through the winter landscape around Levi, with a local guide leading the way and open fire snacks and hot drinks included along the trail. After checking out of Design Hotel Levi, your private transfer takes you to Olo Resort, a glass igloo property set in a quiet forested area a short distance from the village. Check into your suite, with its glass roof, king-size bed, fireplace, and fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy dinner included with your half board stay.

Ice, Fire, and a Quiet Evening

The day heads out on a private snowmobile and ice fishing combination, riding further up into the landscape to find the right spot before drilling through the ice and fishing with your guide. An open fire lunch is included along the way. Back at the resort in the afternoon, the shared sauna and jacuzzi area can be booked for a private session, rounding off the week in true Finnish style before a final dinner at the resort.

Departure
