Snowmobiles are a fast and fun way to get around in the arctic conditions. They are designed to withhold even the toughest arctic environments. On the Snowmobile safari you will get to drive through some of the most surreal views,  up and down snowy fells and frozen lakes without any effort. Sense the ambience of the never ending outback of the Arctic circle on a seamless drive. With the help of the brilliant guides you will quickly learn how to handle the vehicle safely even if it's your first time behind the wheel of a snowmobile. As long as you are 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license you are good to go. And no one will be dismissed from the fun - children can tag along either seated in the back or in a separate sledge, depending on their height and age.

The snowmobile tours offered come in many different shapes and forms. You can take a quick 30 min test drive or a full 8-hour long journey. Please note:

• All participants driving a snowmobile must be at least 18 years old holding a driving license valid in Finland. Driving under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating drugs is prohibited by the laws of Finland.

• Snowmobile safaris are not suitable for pregnant women due to the vibrations of uneven tracks and the exhaust fumes of the snowmobiles.

​

• One snowmobile is shared by two adults who will take turns in driving. It is possible to upgrade for a single driving is supplement for adult (ask for a price). 

​

• Children 0-12 years old must be seated in a sledge pulled by the guide’s snowmobile. For safety reasons we recommend that one parent will always sit with the small children. 

​

• Youngsters aged 13+ and over 140cm may sit on the snowmobile as a passenger. An adult price will be charged.

​

The operator reserves the right to make alterations to the programs duration or execution without prior warning. This is also applied to changes in programs due to weather conditions.
